This was the first time I had visited and had the fire and ice facial treatment that has been all the rage with celebs. Everything was explained each step of the way including the dynamics of the products used for the facial. I really enjoyed it and Emma was very personable and professional, I am already booked in to try the microdermabrasion and have a consultation about botox. I have a feeling this will be my new go to for beauty
